Looks like a pretty clear error to me. Either you have the wrong server ip, or if you use mssql 2005 you need to enable remote connections in the surface tool like it tells you.
where can i find the SQL Server IP.. sorry im just new T_T

you need to open ur sql 2005 port 1433. see your "SQL Server Configuration Manager" to configure..
