I was wondering why red dragon weapons have visual bug while red dragon sets are fine. Does it means that the file .ech have problems? or do i need to download the v3 files?
Your enc files aren't getting loaded, could be several things, xor keys, incomplete encs, missing encs, etc.Quote:

Will that fixed my lower damage in last transcender skill? Ex: 'Death Tempest' deals damage higher compare to 'Lightning Slash'

For your problem check skill.scp and find the skill, go to damage and lower all values per level, do same in cabal.enc.
Can someone refer me to a tutorial or a guide on how to modify this full client so it will connect with my server?
