Are you sure your server is opened and everything works well? Make sure that the ports are open from your server.

all is ok but there is some thing wrong world wont start thats what service cabal status says
client got no errors with startup

or does anybody here can tell me the xor keys of locasimon client enc files especially the cabal_message.enc and mob.enc, i need to unpacked it. thanks

Sorry for asking again about your xor keys. To make me satisfy with your reply, I carefully reviewed all pages of this thread (18pages), I got ur xors from the 1st post and 4th page (92, 60, 50, 70), then i tried to dec the cabal_msg.enc using cabaltoolsbalq and cabaltool 1.1 but it is error (wrong xors). After that i'm reinstalling your patched v3.0 full client but same issue, i can't convert to dec from enc. I really need to unpacked ur enc files for editing with my own choice name of items and some other modifications. Hope u will understand this post. thanks.

i having problem with the items in this server,
when i install this client and server,

and the configuration of "1" = mercury in config.sh
and paste the server files of locasimon,
all i see is 1 high rate server and 1 normal channel,

when i login and use the red dragon set, weapons, drei frame set and weapons, bof +5-7, vamp earring 5-7
i got dced, i dont know why, may be the normal channel use items like mithril and not red dragon?
and hardcore channels/ server got that items?
what am i suppose to do?
