There is no problem with the tool whatsoever. If you can't use it, you'd better play flash games, 'cause cabal is not your thing.

Tell me why i get that fault than when changing to a GM nation?
Once i did it its non return to normal or do a reroll.
Its only on the GM nation when it do that.

Because it's meant to and has nothing to do with the tool. It's just the way it is
