Because this web is old and was created before releasing new PHP 5 and above. After PHP 5 mssql_ functions are removed and u must use PDO or other method to communicate with DB.
If you want to use it use PHP 4 or lower

Find line 45 and edit query, remove from it column called "resets" because ur database doesn't support resets.
Or just add in database column resets and set it null.

i can login, but the problem i cant use all function it said " Module not found!"
