Here's an unpacked cabalmain for an EP3 Reloaded client. It's what I'm using atm but I haven't disabled the MD5 check yet within the cabalmain and using breaklee and internal.txt gives a N1409 error saying you lost connection to something O.o
If I change more I'll update it.

Incorrect. In general, MySQL is faster than MSSQL. IIRC, Blizzard uses MySQL for World of Warcraft. Either are good choices for a MMORPG database engine. MSSQL offers more administration tools and is generally easier to work with, but MySQL is open source and easier to modify(likely why Blizzard chose it). Both MSSQL and MySQL are definitely fast enough for a MMORPG's database engine, unless it's a game like EVE online, that has terabytes of dynamic data stored, in which case neither would likely be adequate.
There isn't any reason to change an already developed game to MySQL. Period. If you're developing a new game, then you should choose based on developer/administration preference. Changing database engines isn't a quick job and yields no reward other than a preferential administration environment.
As for Linux vs Windows... Neither platforms have stability issues, any actual operating system crash would be the result of a faulty driver or a program doing something completely ridiculous(infinite thread spawn etc). Stability of the operating system is completely irrelevant. Security is debatable, but there are hard facts that you should consider. Linux has had far more zero day exploits than Windows, since it's open source, which generally makes it easier to find exploits. Neither Linux nor Windows has had enough security breaches that a small(or even medium/large) business should worry about as long as they STAY UPDATED. Microsoft uses Windows for development and publishing, they're one of the most targeted companies in the world by hackers. Do you think you have more hackers targeting you than Microsoft? If not, you shouldn't worry about the security of Windows.
Forcing developers to use Linux when developing is funny for a small company. You should lighten up about security and focus on making the game better...
All databases has been converted from MSSQL to MySQL including ALL stored procedures, so it works with ODBC MySQL drivers. I can say, thats not a hard job.
Hmm, dunno, but for me - unix/linux for servers, windows - for home/office use. And why atleast 70% servers(including game, web and etc) is running on Linux/Unix? And those viruses, trojans etc... Of course, linux has viruses, but windows has got millions and linux has hundreds. Wheres the differents? And i love SSH, love using it to manage Linux/Unix OS, and i hate Desktop-Servers, it uses unnecessary resources.

im getting a lot of "check warp" and "mobs" errors in world server and also (in db agent) in procedure "cabal_sp_instantwar_getcurrentnationrewardwarresults"

well seems its useless. ive client with main v1315 EU now. using packed main and breaklee i get the same channel list like with br client (NOT FULL, just cant enter. And disconnects every 2 mins) but when i try to use husky i get an error in language.enc (seems like xdata.enc tools generates a diferent value, just does not work with ep3). On the other way epvpers main does not run at all (IT JUST CLOSES)
do not know what else to do. Can you upload your full client?
PD: mob error is in world1-mmap.scp. If you delete all lines (all mobs)(at the moment only has one), error disappears
