just one question ? why exactly are you doing this ?

I want to see you all working again like 4 years ago.I am maybe one of the oldest members from the cabal area.
And for the other i don`t want to host an cabal server so i have no interest in seeing this files compiled,i just managed to get them by mistake and i decided to share them since there is so much "noise" about this.
Now if i see a good progress and you all working as a team to start something out of this i will release the db to.

Actually don't, will keep newbies away from future issues. If you hadn't succed compiling don't bother any further, it will give you only a headache.

Inside there are 2 folders bin and lib. Just copy lib\ folder files to MSVC9 lib\
And inside bin folder, there are 2 dll files for starting compiled LoginSvr and GlobalMgrSvr.


GlobalMgrSvr compiles nicely, just need to delete or comment this line in GlobalMgrSvr\GlobalMgrSvr.cpp file:

the line that is giving the problem is
"// CensusNation
REGISTER_NOLOCK_PROC(g_sSysProcedureMap, IPC_CENSUSNATION, OnIPCCensusNation);"

on the file DBAgent\Proc\ProcSystem.cpp

The method referenced, OnIPCCensusNation, is not implemented, it should be implemented in
DBAgent\Database\Nation.cpp
But this is an empty file :S

in order to rewrite nation.cpp. We need to know the database procedure, so we really need the database.
On becoming aware of the procedure I guess I could rewrite the method without problems.
In the meantime, we should comment these line.
REGISTER_NOLOCK_PROC(g_sSysProcedureMap, IPC_CENSUSNATION, OnIPCCensusNation);

Terzo please do not underestimate windows servers. The technology evolved a lot since 2000. You can now trust to say that your server is in good hands even with win32 platform.

many years between EP2 and EP 7. We can not use any of the files or database of EP2 with these agents.
