Yes, don't use VMware, use Virtual Box.

I already setup a ready server and dont want to do it again... :/:

yep, u can use a VM image, when still creating a VM, use "an existing Hard Disk" then select your VM image already installed in VMWare ;)

any1 knows how to skip language.enc check ?
