use oracle vm virtualbox to install centos dont use VMware

i download the centos but the unrar have 2 files iso and oracle need 1 iso

Well everything is okay except the eventmgr and eventdb. Still erroring even though they started.

No, new db uses pwdencrypt that comes in MSSQL.

Do not use VMWARE, use VIRTUAL BOX instead.

I still have InitializeGlobals() even after using VirtualBox.

I tried all suggestions, yum updates, permissions, guides etc,..

Its like something is missing or it simply wont run in a virtual environment here for some reason.

Ill try something else and lastly try to set it up on a PhysicalMachine that I have stored in the corner.
