Fix BM3 FG in CBP database

after several days of trying, I found the easiest solution to correct the bm3 of the FG, if someone has the correct way please share it

run this query in server01, this query autogive bm3 to FG char

AUTOBM3 FG FIX

if you want to test that it works, manually edit with bega level 160+ and rank 14+ to use bm3, don't use tdchien editor
