You can use all ep2 clients.

Than you can add succesfully ep3-ep8 futures.

ok i got all the files to work on the server side no world server fails when launching or changing rates

client launches with no problem but it does not connect i changed the IP in language.enc to mine and all i see is "Connecting the Server" then an error box pops up and says could not connect or something like that

SIG Metal = Error code 6 : type 151. Can't equip it, drop it or sell it.
EDIT :

151 = CSC_ITEMXEQUIPS
This most likely means that something doesn't match in your item data, so the game booted you when you tried to equip something.

What item files do I need to check?

EDIT 2 : Also I don't see any of the EP 4 skills at the Instructors?
