Your server itself is fine...or there would be other errors.....this error is because of your client having problems....
Use the Serenity CLient, and make sure if you edit your client, you also edit your server the exact same...and also the other way around, if you edit your server...edit your client also...

also...if you go into the worldsvr cfg....you can see a place where there is an option ...for Client Check (Default = 1 which means, check client)....change it to "=0" (this will allow clients mismatches)

But generally speaking Error Code 6 is caused by Client/Server Differences, like bad Item Idx, or Bad Warps... Error Code 6 is the Code Number for Data Match Error...so something somewhere doesn't match...and that is like 99% probably the issue
