New Features :

- Item Editor

• - Autodetection for item type

- Advanced Character Editor

• - Now you can edit player items directly from the character editor
• - Added Equipment tab , it allow you to view / edit / add / remove equiped items
• - Added inventory tab , it allow you to view / edit / add / remove inventory items

It also included a packer for .enc files in java , credit to phantom since he released the way to do it.
All i did was a translation to java language, u can pack/unpack multiple files and do backups in case u screw up somewhere

Features :
- Account Editor

• - Register accounts
• - Change password
• - Edit account information
• - search characters based on account
• - edit characters based on account
• - delete characters based on account
  
  • - if the chacarter is in a guild, remove him from guild
  • - if the character is guild master,give the lead to another member(random)
  • - if the guild is empty destroy it
• - View banned accounts list
• - unban accounts

- Skill Editor

• - View player skills
• - Edit skill level
• - Delete skills
• - Add skills
• - Edit player batlle modes,astral weapon
• - Add/remove bike,board,combo skills
• - Change Aura code
• - Edit player ranks/level
• - Advanced button to edit all the player stats
• - Copy character stats (skills/class/ranks/...) from player x to player y

- to confirm your changes clic the save buton next the player name field
- to copy skill from player x to y : load skills of player x put the name of player y in the name field and clic on save.

- Item Editor

• - an easy to use editor wich will help u have the items of your dream in a few clicks, up to 4 slots,craft & slot are dispayed based on the equipement type ( using cashshop stored procedure )
• - Remove Unclaimed Items ( remove all the unclaimed items )

- Mail

• - Send ingame mails with possibility to include alz and items
• - Various sending possibilities
  
  • - Send mail to a player
  • - Send mail to all players from the same account
  • - Send mail to online players
  • - Send mail to all the members from the same guild
  • - Send mail to all the players from the same nation
• - Clean Mail Table ( remove from the mail table the mails who have a delete state )

i made it easy to use so i don't think people will have problems using it.
programed it in jave so u need a jre to make it work(i guess everyone have that these days :p )

unrar the files where u want then double click on cabalTools.jar or the run.bat


works for both mssql 2000 & 2005

for those who have a codepage 936 error download the charsets.jar file and put it in the lib folder of your java install directory (example: C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib)
