    Already tried replacing worldsvr bin using Azure Sensei's but still having the issue.

    Here you go SERVERTitan.bak converted to Server01.bak from Mssql 2014 to Mssql 2008 r2.

    Yes sir. Already did use default (toast's) achievement.scp
    I'm losing hope here haha. I've formatted my other laptop. I'll try to recreate the whole thing and see if i still get the issue.

    EDIT: my server is running fine now. i only missed 1 number in my IP which caused issue unable to connect to channels lol
