[Release]CabalMain v374 Windows 10 Crash Fixed

Hello guys, in my path to search for where i can buy a cabalmain.exe version 374 that doesn't crash under the windows 10 operating system.
I asked @allocen if he knows some one and he passed me the contact id of @AzureSensei.
After few days of waiting because he got some personal businesses to do he reached on me with some different cabalmain's to test on windows 10 and we did a deal after we fix it i should released here, i agreed, why not?!

PS: If you use ddraw.dll DO NOT use any config for this dll such as aqrit.cfg if you have this cfg, DELETE it.

If you still encounter crashes, right click cabalmain.exe go to properties and the 'tick' the box with "Run as Administrator", DO NOT 'tick' "Compatibility mode at all"

Can you be a little bit more specific?
I'm trying to get used to cabal developing.
I am using the Xpasa latest release client, server logs are clean, language.enc acts suspicious, when i try to use this format:

[Svr] 1_chsAddr=yourip1_chsPort=381212_chsAddr=yourip2_chsPort=37121Login_Max=11_Login_Addr=yourip1_Login_Port=38101

the client crashes after i click ok.

if i use the default language.enc the loading bar keeps loading until failed to connect to server.

you just have to change ip, compress it and log
