Or anybody , has a compatible cabalmain with those bins shared for this files?

Compatible cabalmain was shared here I think.
However you don't have to use bins that were shared here, you can use original one + use guide posted here on ragezone how to edit max num of mobs etc to make it working with this release.

Edit: I can't find anything related to the OFFSETS for EPISODE 8...There is only EPISODE 2 Release.

Because these are the channels of war, they are launched according to the schedule and are turned off after the battle is over.

In order to understand the reason, you need to provide the channel logs, and not just the fact that it does not work.
