Revised Chumpy Rankinpage

Yesterday chumpy gave me permission to release my version of his rankingpage.
It contains some style modifications, as well as a new "Who is online" feature.

I release this under the CreativeCommons by-nc-sa 3.0 license.
That means, you're free to use, modify and share the page,
as long as you don't use it for commercial purpose, give credits to chumpywumpy, john_d and me.
And if you want to release it somewhere else (modified or unmodified) you have to do it under the same or similar license to this one.

A working web server with PHP and MSSQL support (like IIS, XAMPP or Zend).
For the "Addition"-package you'll also need chumpys cash shop.

Instructions:

Standalone:
Unpack the archive into a subfolder of your webroot (e.g. htdocs/Rankings/) and edit the config.php until it fits your needs.

Addition:
Unpack the archive into the folder where the cash shop resides and append the following lines to the config.php (somewhere between the <?php and ?> tags):
