The Centos IP is 192.168.19.128 for me, any easy way to fix?
Then change those IP to 192.168.19.128
my mistake, thought it had to be "192.168.23.128". Now I have changed the IP in all of the files, still can't get it to work. I also reinstalled VMWare and Centos to no avail...

Check the ip of centos if match to your IP by typing ip a
Yes the IP matches in VMWare and all the mentioned files.
Edit: I got it working, had to reinstall VMWare and make sure I didn't keep any settings, also removed the registry files but I don't know if that helped at all.
