The 5.x CentOS links are sort of a starting to disappear,..
Reconfigure your IPs and open the port 22 or disable firewall, then your WinSCP will connect.
disabled firewall in win7 too :// but don't wanna work

what should i put inside the Start.bat, same with Internal.txt sir?
login again.. if still doesn't work then, make sure your Centos IP is correct.. and make sure your centos and host computer communicates well..
