This is issue is due to any bad config either on odbc.ini or ChatNode, LoginSvr_01.ini m EventMgrSvr... etc.
And about the other issue.. I never had this kind of shit so I cannot tell you what exactly to do but I would try
to re-install everythin and install it nice & slowly to check out everything before clicking 'Next' / 'Ok' since
this could cause many issues if you're missing something.
And if your Computer is not a fan of this you could either try to change bit-versions / another Virtual Machine or
just use another Computer .

yes im using windows 7 64 bit. I try it with Admin and got the same Error again... any idea? :O
oh i google a bit and i see i have to do windows update to fix that problem maybe. I will try it after the Windows update and let you know works or not.
