Broken installation. have you set the permissions to the files of repack ? Take a look in tutorials in youtube about how setup the server man.. but i will tell you the basic to you try
Fail to connect to ODBC, you can try install manually the packages of your ODBC services, but will need from other dependences (packages)
To install package odbc just exec this commands on your CentOS Terminal
- wget http://vault.centos.org/5.11/os/i386...0.el5.i386.rpm
- rpm --force -Uvh unixODBC-libs-2.2.11-10.el5.i386.rpm
after install, try start the cabal services again and return with your log again :)
- But if fails again, i recommend you to do a new installation/config
Type in your terminal ( assuming what your files are in root folder use ./ to access )
chmod 0700 ./cabal_install.sh
chmod 0700 ./cabal-ep8.zi´p
chmod 0700 cabal-server-ph-1.0-1.i386.rpm
after run the installation with ./cabal_install.sh , set your configurations and try again start the services.
actually i did now :) i delete everything cuz centos data was broken af :) and my centos was 6.5 i changed my centos to similar one centos which is centos 6.4 64 bit then trying out on toast repack's and worked ! :) Thanks btw for helping out :)

Use man in front of every command in order to see help about how to use each commands. ex: "man kill" without quote will return help about kill command and kill process.
