Very informative thread to begin with.
There is some fixes all around,but posting out screenshot doesn't really help as there's no tutorial about how it's going to be fixed.
Just look around with the quest.enc files and quest.scp i'm sure there's something with it.

Please refrain from fighting with each other.This thread is created so that we can all share the problems and fixes with the EP8.

This error is from get_buddy procedure server is asking the procedure for tho things usernumIdx and charIdx but the procedure is coded to get and send to the server only usernumIdx we need to add get charIdx in the procedure.

Hello All,

I was able to set up my server but like many in this thread, I am having the

Above Error. When I check service cabal status, all is fine except for ChatNode, Eventmgr, Agentshop, Loginsvr, and Worldsvr. They are all stopped and manually starting them as suggested by others doesn't solve the issue. As such, I attached both ini files and logs for viewing purposes.

Extra information -
Centos Ip is 198.168.56.102
Windows - 10.102.71.240

- No Wan IP - I am trying to only set up a Closed Lan Only for me Server.

Cabal Server Error - INI Files.rar - ////// - LOG FILES.rar

The first page solution to this doesn't help me since it tells me to refer back to error 2 but I am not experiencing error 2.

if you are in a GM nation u cant attack any monster with skill,

you need to inactivate your invisibility

because your are in invisible in the game when you log-in as a GM
