Yes, as long as there is data in there you have a good db. I originally emptied those tables which caused the char create bug on that very early version of the dbs.Quote:

@gpadmin - D/c is still the biggest problem because we use such a variety of clients. This will never be truly fixed until we all settle on one specific client instead of using lots of different ones. I have yet to settle on one myself but i am working towards that at the moment.
The repack uses standard rates i have not tweaked any of those types of things. The bit you posted is where you change them in const.scp. Change both 100 values to whatever you want (100=1x) but do not take the droprates much of 5x or it will ruin your drops.
There is no registration webpage. The one darkxl posted is a pingmac chinese one and it needs decompiling to even try translating it. The others are just dumps of the html and images etc, they are completely useless to you unless you are a web developer and are only there to take images etc. from.
To change your char to a gm you have to set your nation to 3 in the gamedb.
The cabal_charge_auth table is for prem and my own understanding of the values was wrong. Set prem type to 1 instead of 5 and set the service kind to something from 1-8. I'm still not completely clear on exactly what each value in servicekind gives you though as the client and the server don't seem to agree so just experiment.

This register page can only be hosted on iis that has php support which is not something that is easy to set up. If you want a recommendation for something to allow users to register i would suggest john_d's cabaltoolz as that can easily be hosted on xampp which is both free and easy to set up.
My server is a very small server for private use only, all account registration is done manually by either myself or another GM. I do not allow public registration and i do not advertise my server as i don't want ESTsoft sneaking in and doing damage, nor do i want random people on the server who are only interested in hacking or generally being idiots.
That being said i am now almost ready to get my next repack and gm tools releases out of the way and then i will be starting a small CP myself which will include a registration page. No disrespect to john_d but there is far too much flash/java and other things i simply do not want in my CP, not that there is anything wrong with that i just prefer a simpler CP myself.

I have barely started the page yet but as soon as it is capable of registering accounts i will be posting it. I think it should be this weekend.

Here text what bonuses give me premium service... but i am realy not see... how its work.. only what i can find + 1 tab in my inventory...and GPS avalible... no 25% to my exp and etc...

When i change type in cabal_charge_auth, type to 5 server say - i dont know this payment method... when its 1 all ok, but i am not see bonuses in game... onlt 4 tab for inventory and GPS... strange...

@gpadmin - My understanding of premium was wrong, the Type should be 1 and the ServiceType should be 5 and not the other way around. Check my latest GM tools and see what it does. There will be a new version probably tomorrow that has a full breakdown of what each servicetype does too ;)
The fixes you posted are specifc to the GP (well, US) client and i have tried to avoid being client specific so far but it means there will be bugs. I have pretty much decided to support only the GP client for now though so i can include basic fixes like those as we really need a bug free server+client pair. v2 of my repack will have this and more.

@shytinishi ?? no one can upload a server for you.
you may not speak english but there are many people from all round the world who dont as well and many people follow any of the guides here and can get a server running.
you will need to download chummpys files and follow his tutorial it is in adobe format and you can use a translator to your native language.
chummpys tutorial is by far the easiest to follow,
the only problems that many people find are with the ip address for centos but if you follow the guide and look at the pictures chummpy provides it shows you exactly what to do !!.
any patches and corrections that you need chummpy also has links to.
if you cant be bothered to do a little work yourself and download the files needed and to do a bit of editing, then the best advice to give you is dont bother trying.
to set a server up you need to download files and edit them to suit the pc and configuration you need to run it yourself.
there is no way you can just download it and click on a exe and expect it all to run.

I have been using the GP client up to now but i am testing his patch at the moment as one of these two wil be the client i decide to support. I have not tested enough to fully know which is better yet though.
