[Development] RF Online Codes Tool

Hello RaGEZONErs,


It has been a long time since I released my first RF Online Codes program for 2.2.1.

I have recently started doing some RF Online things, and decided I would update it to
the latest and greatest 2.2.3GU. I have most of it completed, but would like to know
from you guys, what else you think would be good to have in this program?

I currently have every item code, monster code and GM Command known. Anything
that I am missing?
