Your portal is not working because you have not set the index number for its destination. Nice work on learning from what i have done good job on you.
If you fail to get the monsters set then check the coordinates or copy monster.dats from another folder and just change the monster code inside it. The rest will be easy you will have to set the coordinates and .dat names in the spt.

because you didn't change the cords you just copied pasted. Read what i said clearly and replace the map cords with the the ones you want.
