Can you tell us what Web Emulator you using? and the PHP version.

lol web emulator has nothing to do with the gamecp interview and php version u gotta run 5.2 i recommend appserv

i dont know not yet try that script. but try to delete user_itemshop and delete fileinfo.cache on cache folder if any
