--to show the effects of skill/buff have to be GMs in tbl_general (have to remove the tbl and create again with my query)
--include server and client side

Boombillo not give client file for Skillforce.edf, you must edit it manual

if you do not how to edit the skillforce, use the old xtreme skillforce or my skillforce from international
