[Release] New NPC custom RF Online

and so much thanks to all my teacher
i will share all my custom file if i have time
and teach how to do that if you want learn
i can't play rf/editing anymore
very very busy cause i have a baby now

Here you go
there is have 14 new NPC each HQ race
so total npc is 42 new npc
maybe NPC contains :
tag name "relief" <my offline rf name
and some item in there
just edit it by your self
maybe when u run your zone u have error script notice just datcutter it
NPC code
0A001 - 0A014 : acc only
0B001 - 0B014 : bell only
0C001 - 0C014 : cora only
change it yourself so they can be use by all race
u know must to do

working well with no problem here , I just edit my project episode new era by add new line at script , Store.edf and NDStore.edf add those new npc of yours.
For resource.edf I just copy those new line npc from your resource.edf and add that at my own resource.edf .

when u see my resource.edf u will see so much custom ready edit in there
like : new cloack, new monster , new weapon , and other
