I was able to get my server running using H4TE's files. I have also setup AppServ as per Batalis's instruction, however I am really struggling with how to get my client to point to my emulated update server. I have downloaded the EQG client recommended on this thread, but I cannot find where to update the IP using a hex editor. I have also tried finding where the IPs in the Xtreme client patch can cannot finds where to update it. What IP do those clients use by default so I know what to look for?
I have been through this thread and others multiple times with no success. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
Update - I got the EQG client working by updating my AppServ per the directions and files here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f152/2-2-3-launcher-659785/
Is the client for 2.2.3.2 different?

use CMD and type
netstat -an
if anyting said 0.0.0.0:80 listen
You must uninstall IIS server or stop the IIS service. Reboot and use cmd retype netstat -an
if the 80 port still listen, reinstall your windows, and dont install the IIS server.
I have same problem with you 2 days ago, and now my test server is running well.
