Why don't you try to change from ODBC SQL Server to SQL Native 10?
Also don't forget to check the default database (BILLING has default database: BILLING, etc).
Also dont forget to change your rfacc.ini to this configuration:
[Options]
DBSTR = Driver={SQL Server Native Client 10.0};Server=127.0.0.1\SQLEXPRESS;Database=BILLING;Uid=rf;Pwd=rfpass;
ErrDBSTR =
LogLevel = 2
Uid= ID that you input in ODBC

hi all, i can open AccountServerSD, BillingAgentSD, LoginServerSD and ZoneServerUD_x64. But after i click on rf.exe in folder rf online client it's doesn't start. what wrong with my step ?

In the LoginServer, have to type /open?
So.. Start Account Server and Login Server, wait until both of them completely open, then in LoginServer type /open
After that you open your zone server.

That's the weird part, I tried to redo all the steps concerning the ODBC, everything's ok there. I tried to use SQL Server instead of Native Client, I tried to use Windows Authentication instead of using SQL Server authentication... try to resetting all of your ini, sql, and odbc,
don't change port 1433 to 61433,
use your IP, not "IP,61433"
that is all i can say for now, perhaps i should create a new guide on setup RF Online server :3
