ok i already figure out the problem, editted my system properties and add path to my environment variables and boom.. the problem solved..!
and it all came out that im correct with my hypothesis
and btw i know how to search the forum its just the answers are all incorrect

I open accountserversd.exe and i get Debug Assertion Failed! (a microsoft visual c++ error)
Billingserver.exe i open it and when it shows it disappears almost instantly
Loginserversd.exe gets me success to almost everything but after !!!Start!!! i get Extrernal connect Close and Block IP List Init Fail >>> File Open Fail.
zoneserver64bit.exe gets me Failed to create empty document

i use 4GB RAM with duak core processor its work 100% sir :D
now i want to try use 2GB RAM with single core processor :D i wish it will work also :D

it wont worked on 2GB RAM, cos the zone process it self running at least at 2,5GB of ram with no client connected, the more client connected to your server the more RAM will be needed.. the higher the RAM the better, for the processor dual core is enough

when you setup rf online 2232 dont use sql native client,,,any some trouble with sql native client..this is tips's for you,use "SQL SERVER NO SQL NATIVE CLIENT"
