its easy, buy the license, open thee parser, go to about>License the add the code given to you (you can only add one block at a time) hit ok and it will look up the license server I.P and should say licnese ok!

The make sure you add you server files to DATABASE > Gui_in then click start in the app, it will go through and update old files.

its free for web parser , but its has some error that need to fix it by self.
I m not recomended use the web parser for editing , coz its has some bug too .
the error at unitkey , guardtower , quest , radar scanner .
for the web parser , you only can use it for 223 and 2232 .
Me and my team just use the web parser for dump the code item from official server like playpark by modify some code .
For editing and build just use the GUI application parser , its really easy to be use for editing for those who new learn in rfonline .
