Does anyone have a good GM Tools program and source Please?

I have been searching the forums and found many GM tools that look really useful, only to find they are many years old and the download links have long expired. I am looking for a program with source in VB or VC++ that I can root around in a) to improve my programming skills, and b) use as an effective GM management tool for my private V18 Flyff server.

Apologies if this is old hat and boring but please indulge a relative newbie. KRs to all.

ya ok. it is easy to recompile it under vs19? i have no experience with vb...thats why i ask for the vs19 version ;)
