uhm i just want to know..can i use blender 2.9 to model, skin, and do animation?

The 3ds max is impossible to install, and requires a license which i dont have.

the other thing is, for the upper and lower parts for female flyff character, how do you remove the underwear/bra?

Yeah I think so, I have only used 3ds max but I do know Blender has an export option (.DAE) which should work.
If you use a female model as a reference you can not remove it, well you can but why tho?
The underwear is just texture, so if you want to remove it you will have to edit the texture for that o3d.

Blender is easier for me to use, and is free. But you probably need the bones right? the mvr.female.chr ? that is the bones right? and i see that the only way to open this file is u need 3ds max lol
