monsters do not aggro in new instance

hello I took an instance in the resources of heraV2 and I can do what I want it does not want aggro whereas if I put another mob already added it aggro do you know why?

To be fair I've not looked much into this isn't I've never messed with monsters but aren't they stored inside the world folders under the .rgn file? if you refer to spawning monsters you can set the value if it's aggro or not however to have them spawn in that state via the respawn token I believe this is defined in the map itself, I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong or try messing around with Atools map editor.

thank you for your help I put the screens of my configuration on atool if I put exactly the same thing on another mob it aggro that's why I thought it came from the code
