Question about Pet levels by chance

I have been searching the source for a way to make Pets lvls. D/C/B/A/ being able to get a random lvl from 1 to (9/9/9/9/) by pet tamer mistake. Instead of the usual 1 to (1/3/5/7/).

I am not looking for a Perfect pet straight away, I got that already, but being able to obtain the lvls by chance from (Pet.inc)

If anyone got some tips i would be grateful.

There you can adjust the chance to obtain the desired levels.
Make sure that it always adds up to 10000 (100%) or weird stuff will happen with the Pet levels.
