OMG life saver i edited all my ips to my no-ip and then the account server still said 127.0.0.1 i was like WTH and i havn't used these file for like months then i read the pages adn you said that and i was like oh yeah wow i feel stupid but yeah thanks man i think that should be added on thread aswell

i need help i put my http://whastmyip.org/ ip in everything and i hex edited shell.dat but when i got to run i get game sevrer cannot connect to accoutn server

i opened every single port i can find: Loginlisten port, pointlisten port,internet-masterport,gameserver port, account port and even sql port

is it nessasary to open all of these ports? especially when i open sql 3306?
people can access to my db with my server ip 3306 root test my ?? am i right?

What i have done
- edited all ips to my server ip including oem.dat .ini
- server name all spelled correctly in oem as well
- change 'test' to root in AuthorizeDB.cfg (commandcom's posts)
- shell.dat edited with WinHex : ip . . . server name....

- gameserver.cfg untouched ?

Is there a way to use the real mysql with this db... I can't seem to get it to work. The only thing that has worked for me is using the mysql thing that came with it, but its too basic for me, I wanna be able to do more than whats offered from it. I have my.ini in C:/windows/ edited to where the database in C:/MySQL/data is and everything, but I have no idea why its not working... Is there other settings I have to change to make it work? Thanks in advance.

ok i have read through this whole thing trying to figure out how to put the DB in mysql im missing something somewhere can anyone please help , this is my main problem when i run the command line i get error failed to create table my.account any suggestions?

Are the pm commands different in this version? I am unable to use the /testmonster or /createmonster functions for some reason..

Would be really useful for testing my dropitemrules...

Ughh dunno why I'm getting back into private server stuff, I dont even like eud... but last pserver I made for it was a fun project.

Don't remember either, is there any command to reload dropitemrules? Sucks having to restart server every time I change drops around.

would anyone help me i have a router i port forwarded ports:
- 9958
- 9865
- 5816
- 8653
- 9870
and master ip changed to:
- herasoft.no-ip.biz

Server ips like account and gamerserver to:
192.168.1.***

i changed the authorizedb to root and changed shell.dat but im not sure i i put my 192.168.*** ip or herasoft.no-ip.biz ip and i put both and tryed loggin into my server with the herasoft.no-ip.biz ip it gets logging in then client crashes im using the client it came with please help me if i do 192.168.1.*** ip it works but then it crashes on other people out side my network then try to connected please help me with this problem.
