You are right and wrong. He shouldn't be that hard against Evil, but he knows he can't do it so he doesn't release anything.

As for Evil, I suggest you train your skills in photoshop. You can make an awesome coded site with fail graphics, but in my opinion if the graphics fail your site fails.
