I think he want a script to Spent another Guy Bounty.

Its like, you visit your Homepage, Login-In, and send a Buddy of you a bounty amout (choosen by you), you you will lose it.

What this dude wants is a php script that when you execute it gives you a list of your characters, once you choose the character it gives that character 5 bounty.
