Well, for starters, the navigation is really something you need to work on. The input fields in the login panel seems a bit too 'large' in my opinion.

It's a good start, try sizing it down a little, get rid of the flash area, I can't tell you how many times I've removed massive flash banners from sites people make, I think it's lame and draws unneeded bandwidth.

Also change the navigation panel a little.
