nobody... its a modified texture similar to aimed's released firework effect... simply put they used the motions used in the animations and substituted different shapes/brushes (see aimed's tutorial on modifying the jjang) in fact ive done several of these, and i am a dev at evilgunz...
in fact the editted elemental effects in the evilgunz client were in fact created way before the release of the first .elu exporter, and until u show me proof of any1 exporting new animations, i wont believe you...

I'm not familiar with that hack, but I guess it would be like the Spawn Sword Hack, a complete bitch to create.

About the "ban system", bypassed in a few minutes + players will be pissed if you secretly installed something on their computer.

I like these ideas, I would be willing to help in any way that I can. I am currently attending OSU(Ohio State University) for computer science, if anyone would like to help me create a team of top-of-the-line programmers to look into these ideals, I would greatly appreciate it.

nice necro... anyways ragezone is a hard place to unite because of the egos of the ppl... ull be hard pressed to find an adequate team that works well together because at some point most of them have worked together and i havent seen a team that continues... but if its possible then go for it.
