Okay. A few things to note first:

• This is not a full release. You use this at your own risk. Backup your XMLs yourself, rar them, whatever. Not my fault if this breaks them. (However, I would appreciate it if you posted what you did when it broke :P)
• The Download is attached to this post.
• The tool WILL remove any old formatting
• The tool WILL remove any comments
• The tool CANNOT use the default ZItem formatting (At this time, anyway)
  

With that out of the way, I can say that this is a faster & better version of my old tool.

Please use it, test it, and see if it has any bugs. If there are any suggestions or problems, feel free to post them in this thread.

Like you can select the items you want to edit that have +100 damage or something:P like you can do something by

I wanna edit all weaps that have more than 50 damage and they must be a shotgun

Auto ID by slot would give you shance to group items to sections :)

Maxteam has his own generator which generates all item codes from the zitem and converts it into a way that fits in the form of the Item.dbo. All we gotta do is insert the huge code and everything is entered in its suitable columns. I don't know if i'm explaining right but thats what I saw. You're capable to do it. I find this to be a good and helpful idea.

Some suggestions :

1. Add ripping names and descriptions (seperate)?
2. Inbuilt .MRS compiler/decompiler with encryption :D
3. What Phoenix said.
4. And adding comments before a new type ;D

- I'll add Sorting/AutoID by slot in a minute.
- I'll add a strings.xml ripper next.
- A decompiler/compiler might come soon. Probably as a seperate project first, then I'll integerate them somehow.

@Phoenix: Do you mean something that will create entries in the Item.dbo table? I'm pretty sure I'd be able to do that :P.

It works, But now we need a Shop editor that organizes the shop by level. instead of doing by zitem, cause then i need to erase it and change things around lol.

Make a backup of your zitem, then sort it by level, then generate a shop.xml :D.
