BR/Jan/June Server And Client SETUP Guide!

u didnt answer my question, can i make a server with a routher in this guide or i have to do something to make it... because i dont wanna to make a server that won't work.

Hello, i set type for srver "Quest Server", but i cant create quest game....and i don't have helmets in store.....please help me how enable that all.. sory for my bad english.

Are custom maps not able to be used in the result from this tutorial? because none of the custom maps from my old private server will work with this one :(

In fact it doesn't really seem to take edited clothes either. This client is very picky :( Well that was a waste of a day lol :P

@chaos42 any item in zitem over 40000+ wont show in client
to use custom maps place them in maps folder, if ya cant handle that then you have problems

@Loki17 server type 4 in db? and the mode is test in server.ini(matchserver folder)
you have to get the items your self

I tried that but none of my custom maps or the ones I have downloaded will work when I do that. It just says "cannot create game" and when I edit an item of clothing and update the filelist it just closes the game when it says "loading mesh".

MAXTRAXv3, i allready do it myself. Next questions how i can run server and listen two IP(local and internet(statick ip))? And how can i edit SERVER NAME FROM Ques Server 1 to EXAMPLE

@Loki17 hex edit gunz.exe and seach questserver then change the name
try changeing the WAN ip to your LAN ip

@chaos42 gunz client has problems when ya change the man.xml unless you do it the right way
idk about the maps your makeing mabe theres a hole in it

P.S. just found out whats wrong with the wizkids web page(change .html to .php ill reupload)

MAXTRAXv3, no i know that but when my friend tried to connect to the server (from internet) then he get error (cannot access), but from LAN i can conect...... i need that SERVER listen INET and LOCAL IPs, i change all Ips and the srver to 127.0.0.1 BUT whrn i change IP in mssql from 10.2.2.250 to 127.0.0.1 anybody can't connect, if i change to INET IP, from inet can connect but frome LAN can not connect...... if ip 10.2.2.250 then only from lan can connect....

hi i try to find out something here but it dont works i am at the step where i must change the ips in the gunz launcher but its dont work at both launcher at the one in the client and the other one.After i save then the icon lost and when i try to start them they crashed

@Loki17 only ppl from your LAn should be able to connect to your LAN, try giveing him your WAN ip to see the web page...

When I go to log into my GunZ Server, at the Server Select screen there are no servers.

I have configured everything correctly, and there has to be an error at some point, could you try and help the best you can?

WTF For ME It's almost tjhe same problem !
This thursday I had the servers etc. Well i've trying to add New Set's + New Item's !
Later , Tomorrow at the friday it dont got the server wtf why ?
