well my website does work now but this is not how to fix it

yes you do this but it doesent fix it all the way what you do is install the web program without mysql becuase that fu** it up for some reason so dont install mysql with appache i recommend appserver just untick the box "mysql"

then do what he did up there

Restart AppServer service and try again!

This is probably caused by your settings. Change your php.ini or something.

You could also use an odbc connection..?
