[HELP]Cannot Connect to MatchServer

ok so im in the process of creating a gunz private server well actually a private private server lol ( 127.0.0.1 ) <- server any ways every time i run
MatchServer > Locator > MatchAgent
i get this :
Command registration completed
Match Agent Created (Port:7777)
Failed to connect to MatchServer (Err:-1)
Reconect to MatchServer

[Btw] i use a Wireless reciver from my wireless router

i don't know what the problem is i even tried port forwording i don't know if that has anything to do with it but i forwarded the following ports:
7700 - 7800
5098 - 5110
8899 - 8999

But still it does not work -.-" its frustrating because i want to test clothing edits and can't seem to do that with Gunz[Debug]

If you have any sollutions Plz post a reply on how to fix this problem
