Kay so Shintenzu told me how that's done, it's sorta simple but you'd never find it if not told or through extensive unnecessary research. All credit goes to Shintenzu for this, and he is okay it's being posted cuz this isn't really that great...
Open up blender, import a woman/man_parts##.elu from a decompiled model folder, and do as you please.
You can only vertice move and retexture it cuz i don't know how to rig all that yet, but if i learn from Shintenzu thatmuch further i may try to make a tut for that. Once your done editing (It can't be any one with a "flowing cape" effect, and you can't delete/add any vertices/faces [Basically just move and resize the vertices as you please...])
Go to the bottom left, the drop down menu with two boxes on it (Your Buttons selection)
And select Outliner
Then you should have this:
Go to View>Oops Schematics.
Your window should become SIMILAR but not quite this: (I don't have an elu imported, this is a rushed tut)
Tick all these:
Then you should end up with a massive mess of boxes with lines everywhere. If you didn't mess anything up it should work fine. Make sure you have the oops schematic window selected, and press A. If it deselects all, press it again so all boxes are selected. Save with them all selected. I'm not teaching texturing or anything, but you should know to do all that before hand. If you don't have everything selected while in the oops window you will be in trouble :o Probably crash if i guess right, but i never bothered attempting without.
Hope it helped you, it's not that useful cuz just repositioning and retexturing and stuff... Eh, not cool. And i haven't tried anything yet, but if u wanna texture and something goes wrong in saving, try just renaming the textures your using to the appropriae ones in stead of. (If your reskinning fimbul, replace gloves_winter body_winter head_winter etc [Those aren't exact names :)])
