need help connecting odbc to sql database

Hello I got the database and odbc working on my own computer ( with luck).
Now I installed all serverstuf on vps but there it wont work anymore.

Microsoft Sql server management studio expres is the database running on.

there is none they took it out. but this is the tutorial section (FOR TUTORIALS) not help threads >.>
