[TUT] How to Get Any Gunz PServer to Work on Vista (Any Runnable)

Ok I had some problems with people not being able to start my client for dgunz so i made a tut on how to make it work, everything in () you only have to do once:

(1. Right Click Gunz.exe
2. Go to Properties
3. Click The Compatibility Tab
4. On the Drop down menu Select Windows XP Service Pack 2
5. Check the box by it
6. Click Apply)
7. Right click on Gunz.exe
8. Click on Run As Administrator

TaDa!

All Runnables will work on vista if you follow these easy steps!

actually it may not work on some other pplz vistas cuz they have an antivirus, cant run gunz in the first place....or......they're to dumb to understand the tut...now you ragezone users dont flame me for bumping an old tut :D

note required for the runnable nor server easier way to make it run is to turn of UAC but if you don't want to do that download PE explorer open the servers and the runnable with PE and add a manifest if available and set it to require admin (only takes affect on vista machines)

my vista pwns all considering it's in the garbage where it belongs along with anything pass xp unless you have a decent computer but even then xp would load faster on that and a lot more is compatible and W7 is still in beta and easy to get a hold of so big whoop
