i have one problem... when I try to enter i have the message: cannot acess the server, i go to matchserver and have the message:
invalid zitemchecksum(13317900) , userid(12)
i have the same zitem in matchserver and system.mrs...
help plz

help ive downloaded the new mirror run it but when i log it still said check for updates so i click the uodate thingy and an error come up said contact the administrator

Okay, I've seen multiple people with the same problem I've had throughout this thread.
They say they fixed it, however did not enlighten on how to :\
I have MSSQL 2005, and SMSE installed, however I have no idea to know what the "Server Name" is that I'm suppose to connect to.
Would anyone mind enlightening me? I had viewed the thread multiple times, and have not found the answer :\

Okay, I had fixed my previous problem.
When you are installing MSSQL, where you put "Named Instance" you must the name you registered it under (I did "TRAVIS"; make sure it's in all caps) and then \"thenamedinstanceyousetit)
So, mine was "TRAVIS\lol"
Travis being my registered name, "lol" being my Named instance.

I am having another problem at the moment (well, two...)
For one: my DBMS doesn't stay connected thoroughly (it will connect, and within about a minute D/C)
While also, my Gunz.DB didn't have a dbo.Accounts, thus I tried creating my own with the fields you had mentioned.
That did not work, not at all.
Would anyone mind giving me their (empty, preffered) Gunz.DB, so I can work with this? Thank you.
Bring up SMSE and expand the 'Database' folder if it hasn't already been done. Expand 'GunzDB', expand 'Tables' and right click on 'dbo.Accounts' and 'Open table'. <-- Where is tables to expand and the database folder to expand and i got gunzdb loaded in studio...

Ok, Here is my problem. Well I expanded "GunzDB" and I opend the "Tables" "System Tables" and there was no dbo.Accounts so can someone help me? O.o

For IP it's 217.0.0.1 but it should be 127.0.0.1 unless it's different in some places.

If you are getting the "cant connect to server" message when the server is running, check your server log and see if it says anything about a zitemcheck or what ever, or something similar. If so you need to copy all the files from your server that are also in your system.mrs to make a new system.mrs that is up to date with the server.
i having a few problems here..

I downloaded all the progs and files and i can connect easely.
But then i need to create a new database by right-clicking Database > new database;; but i cant when i do that and then new I can choose between new server groupe and new server registration. I just updated to Windows XP SP2, my computer doesnt have the Windows Installer 3.1 >.> Can't install it... I can't install SQL Express now... Can't connect too... I updated when SQL Server was installed on my Windows XP SP1. Now I also can't uninstall SQL Server Studio Management Express...

This zItem Checksum Error.. what is it? - The zitem.xml is the same in the server folder and system folder..
That's the first problem..
The second one is the wrong shown server..
It looks like the Launcher is ignoring the server.ini in the MatchServer folder, cause there are all the Server settings in..
The ServerKeeper shows a MatchAgent.exe.. there is none in my GunzServer folder.
Note: The config.xml is gettin' reset automaticly back to <IP>legacygamers.net</IP>..

Hello people, I'm having some trouble here, and have noticed other people with the same problem.
I did a search and didn't find a way to fix it, only people talking about it.
When I get to the part about creating an account, there is no dbo.accounts or anything under the tables directory. I've re-done the whole creating server process 3 times and can't get it to work. When I execute the server file the first time, I get this error repeated about 15 times in the message box:
