Ok i hear nothing, i did everything i could, but when i put the thing like Headstrong(D).ogg (In-Game song) it says file not ogg file. i dont hear no sound.

This tutorial is wrong, it gives you no sound. You're missing 3 songs from the list, which causes the songs to not show up.
